Which PMS systems do you connect to?

MyBreakfast has been configured with Opera and Opera Cloud, Mews, Hotsoft and Silverbyte. Exactly what can be read and posted depends on what each PMS connector makes available, which we confirm during setup.

Do we need a PMS to use MyBreakfast?

No. The €49/month Standalone plan runs as an attendance tracker with signatures and daily reports, without a PMS connection. Move to the €89/month Connected plan any time to add full PMS integration and automatic charging.

How does charging non-included guests work?

You set your adult and child breakfast prices once. When a guest without breakfast included attends, staff record what was consumed and the charge is posted to the room folio using your configured PMS transaction code.

What if a guest disputes a breakfast charge?

Every chargeable breakfast can be signed by the guest. Reception opens the breakfast history in the RoomChecking dashboard and shows the matching record and signature, so "I never had breakfast" is easy to settle.

Do guests need to install anything?

No. MyBreakfast is used by your staff on a tablet or phone at the restaurant door. If guests buy breakfast through your Guest App, a chatbot, HiJiffy or reception, it flows in through the PMS and appears on the list automatically.
